Living the right way can help people lead a healthier life, according to researcher John Forman through a study of "Brigham and Women's Hospital"for women.
First we studied lifestyles and blood pressure in 84,000 women over a period of 14 years. The result was that women who were 6 elementary things had a 80% lower risk of developing high blood pressure.
What are those 6 things?
1) Maintain a normal weight
2) Do 30 minutes of exercise a day
3) Eat a balanced diet
4) Drinking alcohol moderately
5) Avoid pain medications
6) Take 400microgramos of folic acid.
